Speaking at a special session dedicated to overcoming the consequences of wartime destruction and occupation within the framework of WUF13, Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and National Coordinator for WUF13, elaborated on the work undertaken by the country to reconstruct destroyed residential settlements in liberated Garabagh and East Zangezur.

An overview of the reconstruction concepts for the cities of Aghdam, Shusha, Zangilan, Jabrayil, Fuzuli, Gubadli, and Kalbajar was also presented separately.
