The registration for the Volunteer Program of the 13th session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13) is set to wrap up today at 11:30 p.m.

The selection process, following the submission of 16,000 applications, has now moved on to the interview stage. A total of 2500 volunteers will be selected from these candidates, who will participate in the forum.

Candidates who have registered and successfully completed the initial selection stage will be contacted starting from December 15, and interviews will be conducted in stages. This stage serves to assess candidates’ competences such as knowledge and skills, as well as their motivation.

Successful candidates will be then invited to the training program, scheduled to be held from January to April 2026, covering three key areas: general information, role distribution, and venues.

During the forum, WUF13 volunteers will welcome participants of the global event, as well as provide registration and information support, assist with organizational work at various sessions and exhibitions, as well as involve in the implementation of cultural programs.
