“It is no coincidence that tens of thousands of people, including high level leaders from diverse communities worldwide, have gathered in Baku. Our goal is to find an answer to ensure adequate housing for all in an era of uncertainty, instability and disruption,” said Anacláudia Rossbach, Executive Director of UN-Habitat, during the opening ceremony of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) held in Baku.

“We have come together in Baku with resilience, determination, and a sense of common purpose. To date, no session of this nature has brought together as broad and diverse global audience as WUF13,” Anacláudia Rossbach emphasized.
